Debt Сontrol

The app allows you to keep track of debts in situations where you owe someone money or someone owes it to you.
We have been developing since 2017
The first version of the Android app was developed back in 2017. In 2022, we decided to redesign the app and update it using the modern technology stack.
Create a design for Android under the new 3 version of the Material Design guideline.
Develop a new version of the application using the Android Jetpack Compose library.
Task
As a result, the application was completely rewritten by our team, we got rid of outdated program code and released a modern debt accounting solution.
Interface
We used a new development approach — Material Design 3 — to shape the color palette of the app.

Material Design 3 style design with large smooth shapes and the use of halftones for minor interface elements makes the design more pleasing to the eye, more colorful and bright.
The new version of the debt accounting application is available in Russian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Ukrainian.
Onboarding
In an accessible way, we explain how to start using the app, what the work process looks like, each step, what functions are available to the user.
Debts
The main screen is divided into different tabs of debt types.

Debts are grouped by month.

There is support for creating debt in different currencies.
The new version adds authorization via Google account to save debts to the cloud. You will also be able to synchronize across multiple devices if necessary.
Debt creation
To simply create a debt, you need to enter the following data: the amount of the debt and the name of the debtor. You can also set debt repayment deadlines and enable payment reminders.
In a new development, we have provided several ways to categorize debts to help keep your payment data organized.
Displayed in a graph format showing how much is borrowed and how much must be paid back.
